Robert Moranville, CFP©
LPL Registered Principal
As a financial advisor working primarily with individuals, families, and business owners, Bob Moranville’s overriding goal is to have clients become secure and confident financially. He takes a personalized approach to planning and treats each client as unique; as a result, he delivers customized plans and portfolios to clients that are reflections of their goals, aspirations and values. Bob believes that planning is not an event, but an ongoing process, requiring monitoring and revision to ensure that clients stay on track. Whether the outcome is education funding, charitable giving, deriving income during retirement or preserving and passing a legacy to the next generation, Bob has a time-tested process to help clients pursue their goals.
Bob is particularly empathetic to the challenges faced by women in transition. Recently widowed or divorced women may not have had the opportunity to be involved in financial management and may want the support of a compassionate professional to help them make important financial decisions.
For more than 24 years, Bob has helped clients with financial planning, wealth management, retirement plans and employee benefits for small businesses. Bob has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM designation which provides him with the knowledge and tools to understand how to develop specific strategies aimed to minimize taxes, protect assets, maximize growth potential and transfer wealth. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from St. Mary’s College of California.
Bob is an active leader in the community, and he has served Contra Costa Christian Schools in Walnut Creek, CA, for several years as a member of the finance committee, Board Treasurer, Board Vice President and Board President. He also sits on the Board of Directors for the Walnut Creek Presbyterian Foundation and has been on the Investment Committee at WCPC for four years.
Bob and Kathy live in Concord, CA, and have five children. When he is not working or volunteering, he enjoys playing golf, skiing and cheering on the San Francisco Giants.
